By registering the software your software will be assigned to the specified e-mail address in the registration. If you lose your serial number we can determine the serial number registered by the customer or by contacting our support team.
The serial number is located inside the CD case colored paper in the envelope. A 30 digit letter / number combination (5x6 characters). When you have registered your software and have a customer account (Can be applied retroactively), you can use your account to retrieve serial numbers in the under license management.
The error message indicates that the inserted card can not be read or is possibly defective. In this case, please contact the authority where the card was issued so that it can be checked.
In rare cases, it is possible that the Windows Vista and Windows 7 pre-installed driver prevent the installation of the smart card driver package for all drivers associated components are installed correctly. This problem can be fixed by doing the following : Click "Start - Programs - Cherry Smart Card" to "Setup". then in the next step "Change" and "Next". You will then receive a list of all components. Now click with the left mouse button in succession. Click on” hard disk" on the first 5 installation options tab to install the complete option. Then click "Next" to start the installation process. Follow the instructions of the installer, and finally click "Finish".
'This may have several causes: First check whether you entered the serial number of your software (Card Control, Control Plus card, Attestation assistant) version. Now check your input on possible mistakes.
In very rare cases it is possible that it will not work with older versions with the serial number being correctly identified. Please download the latest version of your software www.GloboFleet.de from our website under "Downloads" and download and install it with your serial number.
Check that the "GloboFleet Service" is enabled in the software. Just click under "Settings" on the item "GloboFleet service." If the traffic light there appears in red, you can activate the service with "Start".
Make sure that the device driver is installed correctly and the driver card is inserted as shown on the device. If the problem persists, disable the "GloboFleet service" in the software under "Settings - GloboFleet service." Close the software and unplug the card reader. After a few seconds, restart the software and connect the card reader again. You can now activate GloboFleet service again.
The software can not communicate with the update server. Check the Internet connection and or if a proxy server is used on the network. If using a proxy server the proxy server settings in the software under "Settings - Proxy Server" need to be adjusted. In addition to the proxy settings in the software the port 12 000 should be released at the server for communication. (Domain: update.globofleet.com, SOCKS5 protocol - socket connection)
Make sure that the device driver is installed correctly and the driver card is inserted as shown on the device. If the problem persists clean the chip on the card carefully with a cloth.
Included is a demo record so that you can familiarize yourself with the functionality of the software. This data set is displayed until you have read your own driver card and or mass storage file. Then your data will appear.
To get to the storage path of your files simply click the software to "File Archive" and then "Open Folder" button. The archive directory can be located in the software under "Settings - File Archive" display. The target directory may be changed to another local folder or directory on the network.
